- 2-3 cups spinach arugula mix
- 1 roma tomato, sliced
- 1 persimmon, sliced
- ¼ cup toasted hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fig balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Toss the greens with the dressing.
- Arrange persimmon, tomato and hazelnuts on the top. Enjoy!
