A great way to enjoy healthy greens is to add tropical fruits to it!

Sweet mango and tarty pineapple make this smoothie taste so good you’ll want to drink it every single day.

Plus you get your daily Vitamin C, B6, B1, B2, A, K, potassium, folate, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, protein, choline and lots of dietary fiber.

Use almond milk instead of water to get a smooth flavor.

  • 1 cup mango, chopped
