Treadmill Booty Workout

Treadmill booty workouts are becoming more and more popular.  Sure, if you like to mix it up at the gym go ahead and take your workout to the next level.

One of the great workouts you can do on a treadmill is a Booty Workout.  Here are the 4 Booty Exercise below you can try. Watch video demonstration below.

Start very slow and set your treadmill at 0.5-1.  Move to 2 and 2.5 once you get stronger and faster.  Do 10 reps, 3 sets.  Gradually move to 15, 20, and 25 in 3 sets.

This workout is a great way to improve your coordination, and get cardio, and strength workout at the same time.
