Stair Workout

If you want to get round sexy booty then using stairs is a great way to do it.

Stairs definitely take your workout to the next level and not only burn fat but get your leaner and more toned.

Try these 3 simple exercises. Start with 10 reps and 3 sets. And gradually increase to 15, 20, and 25 reps and 3 sets.
