Spinach Strawberry Avocado Salad – Weight Loss Recipe

Strawberry avocado salad

Want to lose a few pounds before summer? Opt in for a salad for lunch. Here is healthy and delicious salad recipe you can use. Low calorie, highly nutritious, and takes only a few minutes to make.

All you need is:

  • spinach or mixed greens
  • avocado
  • strawberries
  • soft cheese of choice (goat or gorgonzola)
  • nuts (candied walnuts or pecans are the best)
  • dressing of choice. I used blood orange and fig vinegar from the local farmers market. But balsamic vinegar goes well too.
