Resistance Band Workout

You can get an effective strength training using resistance bands instead of weights.

I love resistance bands because they are light and easy to bring with you wherever you go. They are usually sold in a set of 4 or 5 with different strength (from light to x-heathy) so you can adjust as you get stronger.
