When it comes to losing weight the first thing you think about is exercise. But the latest study shows that exercise along isn’t enough for weight loss. In fact, you can actually gain weight while exercising instead of losing it.
It’s because the amount of calories you burn during the exercises is quite small. You can burn anywhere from 300-500 calories per hour of moderate exercise. And all these calories can be easily replenished by a post-workout meal, such a 515 calorie chicken sandwich for example.

You body is made in the kitchen. Good healthy diet combined with daily exercise is guaranteed to make you lose weight.
In fact, if your diet is on point you don’t even have to exercise at all to lose weight. (That’s some good news for those who don’t like excise, right?)
Here is how it works.
In order to lose weight, the amount of calories you consume has to be lower than the amount of calories your body burns during a day in a rested state. When you consume less when you burn, your body starts to go after the stored energy sources – aka your “fat” – so that you burn fat and lose weight naturally and easily.
How do you know how many calories your body burns during a day?
It’s easy to find out. Go to Caloricalculator.net and calculate the calories YOUR body needs.
The amount of calories your body burn is different for everybody. It depends on your gender, hight, activity levels, bone and muscle mass. That’s why it’s important to find the exact amount of calories YOUR body needs.
And don’t forget that to lose weight you need to eat less calories than the amount you burn during a day. For example, if your body burn 1,400 calories a day in a resting state you need to eat around 1,200 in order to lose weight.
