What makes a better snack then raw chocolate brownie protein balls?

Rich, moist, and absolutely delicious these balls taste just like the real brownies but have much more health benefits and won’t make you pack extra pounds (unless you eat too many!) These balls are low-calorie, low-sugar, and vegan (unless you choose to use whey protein instead.) They are super easy to make – all you need is a food processor or a high speed blender.  You can freeze them for a few hours or enjoy right after finished making.

Raw Chocolate Brownie Protein Balls

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup walnuts
  • 5 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 1 scoop plant based chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon organic cocoa
  • desiccated coconut (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until sticky. Roll onto balls. Coat in desiccated coconut. Freeze for a few hours and enjoy!
