A great way to get your daily dose of coconut water and its health benefits is frozen fruit popsicles. Freezing coconut water with fruits like kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple makes a refreshing summer treat. And tastes delicious!
Here is the recipe.
- Strawberries, Kiwi, Blueberries and other fresh or frozen fruits
- Coconut water
- 1- 2 tbsp. honey or agave nectar or you sweetener of choice
- Place your sliced fruits at the bottom of each popsicle mold. Add blueberries and place more sliced fruits on top. Mix coconut water with sweetener of choice (optional.) Fill each mold with the coconut water, insert popsicle sticks and freeze.
