New Mom Workout – How To Lose Weight After Baby


What to learn how to lose weight after baby?

No gym? No nanny? No problem!

You don’t have to live in a gym to get in shape. You can workout with your baby at home.

A few minutes a day is all you need to get toned, gain more energy, and better mood. Plus babies love it too!

Start working on your abs, arms, legs and butt to get your body back fast.

Here is the routine:
⏺ 15 squats
⏺ 15 sit ups
⏺ 15 donkey kicks
⏺ 15 modified push ups

Perform 2-3 sets.
Repeat 3-4 times a week.
