New Mom Booty Workout – Part 2

Make sure you got an ok from the doctor and start working on your booty with your baby. If the baby feels too heavy do the exercises without the baby first, add light weights after a week or too – 5lbs, 10lbs, 15lbs, – build your way up to it. You will get stronger. Don’t give up and keep on working on your booty.
