Killer Ab Workout:

  • Folding Chair 
  • Around Knee Bicycles 
  • Leg Drop / Pulse Up
  • Bicycle Crunch / One Leg Sit Up 

Perform 15 reps each for the total of 3 sets. 

Gradually increase reps to get stronger abs and flatter stomach.
