Start with 3lbs weights and move to 5lbs the next week. Then 10lbs and 15lbs in a few months.
Don’t be afraid to lift healthy. You won’t get bulky. You’ll get lean muscles on your arms. Unless you’ll eat a lot of cupcakes – those will make you bulky.
