1. Plank Jacks
2. Side to Side Obliques
3. Plank Opposite Arm And Leg Rise
4. Spider Monkey
Do 10 reps each for the total of 3 sets
Increase to 12 reps and 4 sets the next week
And 15 reps and 5 sets the following week
