Blend peanut butter – without added sugar or hydrogenated oils – with frozen strawberries, bananas, almond milk, agave and ice for a sweet and nutty shake. Peanuts rich in protein, Vitamin E, niacin, magnesium and iron nurture your body’s natural strength. Berries, rich in antioxidants, can help reduce inflammation and great for a post workout recovery. All these swirled into absolutely delicious healthy shake.
Here is the recipe.
- 1½ cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup ice
- Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend from low to high until frosty smooth.
