Spinach is one of the finest foods you can use for weight loss. - 2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 frozen overripe banana
- healthy toppings of choice (kiwi, bananas, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut chips)
- Mix together all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a high speed blender. Top with kiwi, bananas, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut chips and enjoy!
