  • 2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 frozen overripe banana
  • healthy toppings of choice (kiwi, bananas, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut chips)
Instructions
  1. Mix together all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a high speed blender. Top with kiwi, bananas, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut chips and enjoy!
