- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup ice
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
