You don’t have to lift weights to get toned and sexy arms. If you don’t have time to go to the gym, don’t have weights handy, or you are a mom like me and don’t have much time on your hands try this quick and simple workout. It’s a good arm burner. And there is only 5 moves.
Here there are:
1. Downward & Upward Facing Flow
2. Modified Push-Ups
3. Tricep Dips Right Leg
4. Tricep Dips Left Leg
5. Arm Rise
Do 12 reps each exercise, and repeat this workout 3 times, so that you have 3 sets total.

I usually add 1 HIIT routing to my workouts. It doesn’t matter if I do arms, legs, or abs, I always finish my workout with 1 HIIT routing.
