Flat Abs Workout – Plank Challenge

Plank is one of the best ways to get flat ab fast.  Try these exercise 3-5 times a week.  And remember to eat clean.  Healthy fats (nuts, avocado, olive oil), better carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes), lean meats, and lots of vegetables.  Clean diet and ab exercises equals flat abs. Give it a few months and start seeing the results!  Watch the video below.
