Easy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe
Recipe type: smoothie
Cuisine: vegan, gluten-free
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (canned)
  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • ⅔ cup almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup ice
  • coconut whipped cream for garnish (optional)
  1. Blend all the ingredients in the high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Serve in a glass or a pumpkin bowl (optional) with coconut whipped cream on top (optional) and garnish with some ground cinnamon.
