Easy Pear And Pecan Salad Recipe

This Pear and Pecan Salad is my “on the go” recipe. Very fast and easy to make and so delicious. Can be served as an appetizer or lunch. Add 2 tablespoons goat cheese or chicken breast to make it a meal. Here is the recipe.

Easy Pear Pecan Salad

Ingredients
  • Arugula
  • ½ Bosc Pear, sliced
  • 10-12 Candied Pecans
  • 1 tablespoon Fig Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Toss Arugula with Fig Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oi.
  2. Arrange the Pear slices on top on the arugula.
  3. Sprinkle with Candied Pecans and serve.
Notes
Add 2 tablespoons goat cheese or chicken breast to make it a meal.
