This Pear and Pecan Salad is my “on the go” recipe. Very fast and easy to make and so delicious. Can be served as an appetizer or lunch. Add 2 tablespoons goat cheese or chicken breast to make it a meal. Here is the recipe.
- ½ Bosc Pear, sliced
- 10-12 Candied Pecans
- 1 tablespoon Fig Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Toss Arugula with Fig Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oi.
- Arrange the Pear slices on top on the arugula.
- Sprinkle with Candied Pecans and serve.
