Green Superpower Smoothie.  Kale, Cilantro, and Dandelion Greens help to cleanse your liver and eliminate build-up toxins.  These healthy leafy greens are full of Vitamins and anti-oxidants and great at boosting immune system and giving you that happy healthy energy you need.  Ginger, Lemon, And Pears give it sweetness and a spicy kick.

Green Superpower
 
This detox smoothie is supercharged with leafy green goodness. It’s a vitamin-and-mineral powerhouse. Get immune boost and unstoppable energy from this morning drink.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup kale, stems removed
  • 1 cup dandelion greens
  • ¼ cup cilantro, stems removed
  • 1 celery rib
  • 2 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • ½’’ fresh ginger, peeled
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups water
Instructions
  1. Blend the kale, dandelion greens, cilantro, and water until smooth.
  2. Add celery, pears, ginger, and lemon juice and blend again.
Notes
Make sure your greens are fresh. Wash they thoroughly and cut off the bad parts. Even a small piece of spoiled greens can make a smoothie taste yucky.
