Avocado and cacao taste amazing together!
Blend half of avocado with cacao and bananas, add milk and sweetener of choice and you get a delicious afternoon snack. Add a scoop of protein powder for extra boost!
You can make it vegan – with agave and almond milk – or switch to regular non-fat milk and add some honey. It’s your call! Here is the vegan recipe below.
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons agave nectar
- ½ cup ice
- Blend all the ingredients together in a hight speed blender until creamy smooth. Garnish with a few cocoa nibs on top (optional) and enjoy!
