Try this Treadmill Workout!
These eight treadmill exercises help to burn fat, slim down at your waist, and build that sexy booty.
Here is how you do it.
Set your treadmill to 1 – 2.5. If this is your first time start slow and set the speed at 0.7 or 1.
Gradually increase the speed as you get stronger and better at coordination.
Do 15 reps, 3 sets each exercise:
1. Side – side jump squats
2. Walking lunges
3. Half walking lunges
4. Low squat jumps
5. Low squat wide jumps
6. Walking side-side squats
