One of the best things you can do after your workout is a stretch. It helps muscles to recover and relieves any tension and aches. I am a big fan of yoga and like to incorporate yoga stretches into my workout as often as I can. Here is a great stretch for calves, hamstrings, feet, and lower back. One-legged downward-facing dog, chaturanga, and upward-facing dog. Watch the video demonstration below.
