Best Booty Bands Workout

Booty bands or Resistance bands are perfect to get those booty burn!

Banded walks, squat jumps&walks, squat jumps, kick backs, and lateral side taps.

Do 12 reps each for the total of 3 sets. Work those booty ladies! Watch the video below.
