Just few years ago I was struggling to lose weight. I tried every diet there is, eliminated food groups, tried fasting, cleansing, and detoxing, but nothing would give me permanent results. I was struggling to lose weight and keep it off. I was also struggling with constant self-criticism and judgment.
But I was doing all wrong.
It took me a while to figure it out how to lose weight. In fact, I was clueless about health and nutrition for the most part of my life. When I got pregnant with my first child people would tell me things like “you can forget about being in shape” or “you’ll never get a flat stomach again.” And it WAS a struggle for me to get back in shape. In fact, I gained even more weight after the birth. But I decided I needed a change. I was so eager to get back in shape I decided to do whatever it takes to learn how. And I went to nutrition school to learn.
I’ve learned about healthy diet and eating clean. I’ve learned about exercising to burn maximum fat in minimum time. I’ve learned how to EAT to lose weight.
But that was only one side of the coin.
I’ve learned the reasons why so make women and men struggle with weight issues. I’ve learned about psychological barriers that prevent us from losing weight and having the body we want and how to overcome every single one of them.
And it all made sense.
This knowledge has help me tremendously to lose weight and keep it off ever since. It’s helped me to have an easy second pregnancy and to get back in shape the second time around.
I’ve also realize how many women struggle with weight loss. And I decided to help. I decided to share my knowledge with women who want to look lose weight and look great.
I’ve started this blog where women can learn about healthy eating, weight loss and exercise. A place where women can find the answers and solution to their daily struggle with weight loss.
Here I share my weight loss tips, fitness exercises and healthy recipes. Cooking at home shouldn’t be a struggle. In fact, if you want to lose weight you need to cook at home 80% of the time. Since food is my passion I decided to teach women how to cook healthy meals fast and easy. You can find easy to make delicious breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and even dessert recipes on my blog that will help you to eat clean, stay healthy. and lose weight.
Healthy eating does not only helps to lose weight, it also helps to prevent many life-threatening diseases. Ever since my dad got diagnosed with terminal cancer I decided to make this my life goal to share the knowledge of healthy eating and healthy living with as many people as I can. So that we can life longer, healthier and happier life together and teach our kids how.
