Great Post Workout Stretch – Vinyasa Flow

It’s important to stretch before and after your workout. Stretching helps muscles to recover, have fewer injuries, pain and clearer mind.

These simple yoga poses like downward facing dog, dolphin pose and vinyasa flow are great for stretching your back and hamstrings. I usually do this quick yoga routing after my workout and it helps me a great deal to avoid leg and back pain.
